This Information Notice has been prepared by Tekin Dar Tekstil Sanayi and Ticaret Limited Company (“Tekiş Lastik”) in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and related regulations, within the scope of the data controller’s obligation to inform.
What personal data do we process?
Your identity information such as name, surname, Turkish ID number, passport number or temporary ID number, place and date of birth, marital status, gender, insurance number, and other identifying data.
Your contact information such as address, phone number, email address, and other communication data.
Call center records and electronic communication records (phone calls, emails, letters, etc.).
Financial information such as bank account number, IBAN, credit card details, and invoicing information.
Health data, security records (camera recordings, license plate information), job application data, and employee-related personal data.

Identity verification, internal operations management, risk management, service improvement, compliance with legal obligations, invoicing and financial transactions, customer service, data security, and satisfaction analysis.
For what purposes do we collect and process personal data?
Within the scope of our company’s activities, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, personal data may be processed for recruitment processes, customer communication, event organization, compliance with legal obligations, and employee-related processes.

Your personal data may be shared with public institutions, insurance companies, courts, regulatory authorities, and business partners. If necessary, it may also be transferred domestically and abroad.
