Elastic (also called elastic band) is the general name for stretchable, recovering textile materials made by combining yarn and latex with specialised techniques. It’s used across dozens of applications — from apparel to medical, lingerie to footwear, mask production to bag accessories.
Tekiş Lastik has manufactured elastic in Istanbul since 1996. We produce woven, knitted and braided elastic across 11 products — all under OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (No. 2019OK0492), from our 2,000 m² factory in Bağcılar.
